Jack Godfrey is currently building a replica 1914 Bristol Scout airplane. We are hoping to have the plane finished and ready for display at the Armistice in Cambridge event this year. TV One's Seven Sharp programme visited Jack yesterday. See the story here:

There have been many hours of intricate work put into the building of the plane so far, and many more to come. Jack is an inspiring and talented man, and we are very lucky to have his skills and expertise.

Jack is currently needing somewhere to store the Bristol Scout, as it is getting too big for his workshop. It is 24 foot long and has a 24 foot wingspan. If you have some empty space that you would be happy to donate the use of, to Jack and the Armistice event, please let us know.

Alternatively, if you have any materials that you are willing to donate to the making of the plane, please get in touch with either This email address is being protected from spambots.
